Prior to booking you may tour the studio. Tours are held on Saturdays at 12:15 or Sundays at 1:15pm before events begin. Please email to book an appointment. ​ Please email robyn@partylikeapopstar.ca to request date. ​ Once a date is confirmed, you will be emailed a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit. Balance is owed 14 days before the event. You can pay the invoice by credit card with a 3% service fee or etransfer to avoid this fee. Additional party services can be added and paid for prior to the party date. ​ ​Full payment is required if booked within 30 days. Payments are non-refundable. Please also advise your guests to dress in pop star themed fashion to add flare to the event.

Our party packages are for 12 kids and the birthday child's parents. Please email if you would like more adults to join the party, as we may need to increase the price and add more tables and chairs. These are guest parent drop-off events. They are welcome to come back 15 mins early to take photos and video, see the final performance, and to listen to the recorded song.

Please arrive 30 mins before the party to setup. You will provide your own cake, food, plates, napkins, and cutlery for your theme. You are welcome to bring in balloons and themed decor. The venue will be setup with cocktail tables and chairs with battery operated candle centre pieces. There are buffet tables with black linen, a black cake table, and another table for loot bags. We also provide a fog machine, lasers, and disco ball. If you require a backdrop we rent a pretty gold sparkly one with a frame that is around 6x6 for $40. You are welcome to bring in your own, but must be these dimensions to fit the area. If you are bringing a balloon garland, the L shape needs to go down the right side, so it doesn't cover the singers on the stage. Please review our instagram for decor ideas.

Please choose one popular song (no more than 4mins) that your child can sing very well and confidently. Please let your guests know the song being recorded in advance, so they can prepare as well. Each child gets to chose one song to sing on stage and can invite two friends to join. All songs need to be appropriate for minors and approved by Party Like A Pop Star in advance. No songs with swearing, weapons, sex, or violence.

There are three microphones on the stage. Whoever chooses the song gets to be centre stage and invite two other friends to sing along on each side. We invite all the kids onto the stage for the final performance.

The birthday girl will leave the party for around 15 mins to record, while the host does makeup, the kids colour, or do Just Dance. She will sing the full song numerous times in the vocal booth with headphones as she reads the lyrics on the screen. She will be asked by the engineer to record specific sections again if needed. She will then join the party and the engineer will continue to edit and mix the song. The completed recording will be played for everyone at the end of the party.

The Song will be mixed and ready by the end of the party. The song will be emailed to you. Photos will be edited and emailed within 2 weeks. The Music Video will be edited and emailed within 3 weeks.

The video will be an edited documentary of the party, featuring the guest of honour in the vocal booth, and friends on stage. B Town Sound is a professional studio that has many areas for creative shots.

Makeup is available for girls, but tattoos are available for girls or boys if they choose not to participate in make-up.

Parties are great for everyone, but most of our Pop Stars are girls.
